Cala Homes

Birmingham property marketing agency Traffic has helped Cala Homes launch a sustainable travel campaign for a new residential development in Worcestershire.

Cala Homes has recently built a range of stylish new homes in the picturesque village of Hagley, North Worcestershire. The development, named Wychbury Fields, offers a variety of tastefully designed 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed homes at the foot of the Clent Hills.

As part of its commitment to sustainability, Cala is inviting new residents to consider sustainable travel options in the locality such was walking, cycling and public transport. In partnership with Phil Jones Associates, a leading transport planning consultancy, Cala asked us to design a travel plan to inform new residents of sustainable travel options.

Using the stylish and relaxing blend of Cala Home's colour palette, we presented the travel options across a microsite and brochure with the latter available in every new home on arrival. The site and brochure provide a comprehensive reference point for local bus and rail services together with walking and cycling options.
