Background & Challenge

Liaison Financial Services has become the market leader in its two main specialisms; saving the NHS money on temporary staffing resource and VAT compliance. It works with over 300 NHS clients from smaller trusts and health boards to some of the largest trusts in England and Wales. In 2015, Liaison asked Traffic to put a roadmap in place for a new, user-centred website that would centre its new marketing strategy.
