Property marketing case study. Design agency Traffic has created a new travel plan for housebuilder Persimmon Homes.


Persimmon is one the largest and well-known UK house builders, constructing over 10,000 new homes each year in over 400 locations.

In line with the Government’s policy to encourage sustainable travel, Persimmon conducts a transport survey in the local area of each new development. The survey identifies all available public transport, cycling and pedestrian routes and is presented in a brochure to all new residents.

Traffic was asked to refresh the brochure creative to improve engagement with new residents. The new creative features a proportionate amount of copy to visuals including useful walking and cycling routes plus a local public transport map.
